Case Studies

Commercial work and its evidence

These case studies explain how I moved from a business question to records, operations, a comparison, and a decision. Client details remain anonymous where the work was confidential.

The results come from operational records. Each page distinguishes an observed change or attributable measure from a controlled estimate of incremental effect.

Connecting paid campaigns to verified visits

A hospitality business needed to connect digital campaign activity with people who arrived in person. Phone numbers and personalized offer codes created a record between follow-up, visits, and attributable revenue. Prospect ranking and visitor-based audiences were associated with higher average lead conversion and lower recorded cost per attributable revenue.

Finding demand for a new event format

Reddit, Meetup, and local demand records indicated that language exchange was underserved. The business launched the format, and recorded foot traffic doubled within one quarter. The before-and-after result cannot isolate the event from every other change during the period.

Searching prior research in plain English

A B2B media company had analysts spending hours searching prior reports. I built a retrieval interface over the internal document collection. Analysts reported spending about 40 percent less time finding earlier research, and the client retained the tool as a recurring product.

Public technical work

The technical work section contains inspectable projects in NLP, forecasting, data validation, retrieval, and scientific computing. Those pages include source code, model checks, and limitations.
